been thinking a lot about the world food crisis going on right now.

there is so much food waste here in the states. at my workplace alone, i am forced to throw away at least enough food at one meal to feed 5, 10, maybe more people. multiply that by three times a day seven days a week, and you get quite a bit of food being tossed.
