APC sizing question

ive been asking this question and haven't gotten a real answer. im looking at getting a pair of new standards from context but they have a size 25 and then 31 and up. im probably a 28-29 waist, i usually wear a 29 in jeans but find sometimes they are a tad big and in levis a 30 fits tight. so after what im been reading about APCs a 25 should be my size right?

im 5'9" and like 125-130lbs

I shouldnt answer this as the answer can be found in the fat ass APC thread, but I wear a 25 in NS so... I wear a 27 in Dior and and and Im usually a 27~28 in most jeans (Note: I wear all my clothes on the slim/tight side for reference). You can size down 2~3 sizes from your normal size w/ APC NS so it sounds like 25s might be fine for you, but be aware they will definitely take some getting used to in the beginning. I guess it depends on how you wear your clothes and what kind of a look you're going for; if you're not used to tight/slim jeans and a strong constricting sensation around your waist (for a while) you may want to wait and go with some 26/7s (especially since you said that a 30 Levis is tight) Try calling Denimbar?.

Seriously. Just Look Around. In the previous days, I have anwsered this question 3 times about APC sizing. It's not that hard to look in the questions thread. But just for the sake of being helpful.

Firstly, saying that you wear a 29 is a tab big, and then a 30 in levis is tight. Doesn't help. But just in a hypothetically speaking manner, that you wore a sz 28 true fit, and since APC does stretch, Get a 26. If a 30 in levis are tight for you, then you wont even squeeze into a 25. But it's best just to actually go to a store and check it out. Where you live, just for you (no homo), i'll find a store in your neighborhood

im in portland, OR i haven't heard of anyone around that has APC

Yeah I dont know anything about portland except theres a store there called Blake that sells denim (nudie, cheap monday, lvc, etc) You can probably ask a worker there. There site is www.loveblake.com

You could also get a measuring tape and measure yourself up and compare it to apc sizings.

measure ur true waist and subtract...2-3? your thighs won't obviously be a problem

yes that would be my suggestion too, they can even ship you a pair. their prices are usually less than what apc asks for them.
