yeah, i thought it sucked. and to the above, it's completely true, you could rent gleaming the cube and it would be the same seriousness in about 5 year..

i've only seen kids by larry clark which i loved, but this movie was too all over the place for my tastes, and i never cared for the characters

not that good man. its alright at best. i agree with others it has its alright scenes but it does not seem to have the real feel that kids portrayed. the characters aren't developed very well. imho of course...

I didn't mind it, watched it opening weekend. Check out Ken Park, not bad either. Off topic but Thrasher, taking it way back. I had that on Betamax. What a terrible movie.

gleaming the cube is fucking awesome. don't let anybody tell you "Rad" is better, either.

the scene where he's putting together THE ULTIMATE DECK with the all-chrome hardware and then uses it to skate the fucking freeway. classic.

I liked this movie, I thought it was worth seeing. Had some good laughs in it.

I went to the premiere of it in NYC, Larry Clark was there and was answering questions after the movie. One thing he didn't answer though was "How much were did the actors get paid?" Haha, I could understand that though. But overall, it was cool to meet him.

i usually like larry clark's shit but, i found this one pretty boring. not to say it's necessarily a bad film, but it really isn't all that memorable either.
