APC NS or Nudie RRDS, or others?

I placed an order for the Nudie RRDS...then tried on APC NS in-store today and liked them..I am trying to cancel my order for the Nudies from Cultizm so I can order APC..or just wait and find some other jeans I like.

The NS seem to have a weird fit, they're kind of mid-rise, but the back rise is low on them? I don't like a saggy-butt (anti fit?)

Go for the NS in a 30 (i'm a 31.5" true, w/ somewhat large thighs)?

Anyone? I'd like a pair that fades well...not a high rise..I guess 10.5 - 11" is the MAX..I'd be more happy with something in the 9.5" region..

You've tried them both on right? There should be more than enough examples of Nudie and APC fades on the forum.

yes, i tried them both. i may have been rushing a bit when trying them on (busy today) so i didn't really examine the APC too much..i tried on a 30 which was not tight nor baggy..i think i would go with a 29 in the NS?

Personally, I'd go with RRDS because I think the DS blue that they have after one wash looks awesome (and I think they fade better). Though, it all depends on where price is in your priorities.

well, college student here...so the apc are a lot better deal. I emailed Cultizm to cancel my order, but the jeans are supposed to ship tomorrow. If they do, that's fine, I'll wear em. If they cancel my order, I don't know what to order now..

You're a big guy, especially in the upper body. I'd stay with the rrds if i were you. Tapered jeans(like the apc ns) seem to not work as well on someone with a big upper body. The straigh/slight boot cut look of the rrds seem like it would work well for you. But i don't know how much you sized down if any with the apc ns and you tried them both on probably, so it's your call.

if i get the 30 in apc, i'd only be sizing down 1 (true waist 31.5)
