Resoling Shoes

I love this pair of Ben Sherman lace ups that I own, however I am wearing a hole in the soles. Can I get these shoes resoled? Or can only certain shoes be resoled? They are an odd shape, so I feel it would be hard to find a matching shole, but cant it be done?

It depends on the construction of the shoe, the shape has no importance AFAIK. Just bring them to someone that can resole shoes, he'll tell you if it's possible.
