APC boots

does anyone have any experience at all with the APC crepe soled aged leather boots?

i am usually a US9 (vans, nike, adidas), and am trying to decide between the 41 and 42. anyone know how these fit?

They run pretty small.

I had someone at my work, a US9, try them on a while ago and he said he could wear either a 41 or 42. The 42 was a bit looser and the 41 fit more snugly but also more comfortably. He said he would buy the 42 if he were to wear thicker socks or buy some kind of inserts for them but otherwise would buy 41.
