i love seeing how jeans evolve with washes.

I think the idea, obviously, is to go as long as possible and to think about what you're doing and what you want to accomplish with washing (or not).

I usually aim for about 6 months of continuous wear, before even thinking about washing (and I live in a warm climate and ride a bike...). I've been a pair of United Bamboo since June and think I'll just keep going...

its funny because not washing is now a selling point in jeans. i feel like Nudie's def. started this trend...or at least brought into the for front about how not washing effects fading...i was at APC this weekend and someone bought a pair of new standards and the saleswoman was like "you know what to do with these right? don't wash them...."
