Any chainstitching in Melbourne?

Does anyone know any places in Melbourne Australia where I can get chainstitching done. I'm going to Hong Kong at the end of November and plan on getting a pair of Samurai S0500xx. I'm gonna have to get them hemmed but I doubt I'll be able to get them soaked in HK so I'll either have to get them hemmed 2 inches longer and hope they shrink 2 inches in length or wait and get them hemmed in Melbourne after I get back if theres somewhere that does chainstitching. I'm even tempted to ask if maybe one of the workers at take5 would soak them for me if I buy them from there. I'm true size 32 in the waist and wearing size 30 SSDS flame selvedge, I plan on getting the S0500xx in size 30 aswell, hope that's the right size to get.

i heard about some guy at cactus jam knowing of one. but i havent ever approached him myself. tell me if you find out though.
