Oki-Ni/Cockfighter indigo tee

hey all...I just picked up an Oki-ni/Cockfighter collaboration tee. Fit is great, and as an added bonus one of the tags says this:

this garment has been indigo dyed to produce a naturally aged effect. this process gives each garment a unique personality, with time the garment will gently fade with washing and wearing. we recommend that you wash this garment separately with special care and attention.

...so now I not only get to watch my jeans fade as I wear them, but i get to do the same with this t-shirt. Anyone have similar pieces that they've already worn in? How does it work out?

i have a Yohji Yamamoto indigo dyed t-shirt....it's been fading after a few washes and frequent wear over the summer....kinda uneven fading, some parts just getting a bit lighter. Also cool about this shirt is the print on the chest is also hand painted so you kinda get to see as that gets worn...

Yeah the front of this t-shirt has a stitched/embroidered rooster and cockfighter logo in dark blue, so now that you mention it, I'm pretty sure it will become more apparent as the indigo starts to break away...
