Is it possible to alter a t-shirt from an L to an M sizing, particularly if there are no side seams on the tee?

yes, theres quite a few topics on tailoring/altering/tapering.

if it has no sideseams then ones would need to be made to get it more narrow. but yes, its possible, take it to a tailor and they'll tell you more.

Whoops, sorry. I'd entered "tailor" and "t-shirt" into the search feature and it didn't seem to turn up anything useful.

Yes you can, just go find a tailor and they be able to help.

I had several tees 'fit' more better on me becasue the medium were too baggy. It be a piece of piss for them.
