Amsterdam: Bars and Nightlife?

Any locals or frequenters point me in the right direction? I'm heading in for an extended weekend come November. There hasn't been a post touching Amsterdam in like 6 months so I figured I would start anew. Any and all help appreciated.

Escape is a pretty cool club. When my buddies and I were there a couple months ago the locals said it was the best club in Amsterdam. We went and had a great time. It opens at 12 and gets hype at 3ish.

I love amsterdam. Used to go there every February for a few days.

Always stopped by the Grey Area on Spui Straat and Baba on Warmoesstraat in Centrum. Good times

Grey Area..tiny little place with excellent bud. Its American owned as well. De Dampkring was always my favorite. I really need to get back out there.
