Can suede boots be worn in summer + the best looking loafers on jeans

I have this great suede ferragamo boot that I feel really comfortable and right in and I

want to wear this in summer? Is this a no-no?

What do you think is the perfect pair of loafers (or drivers) that can be worn without looking like

either a brook-brother preppy or a mix-match wannabe? I personally like Hogans and Tods.

yeah, Wallabes are alright, but personally I'll be rocking my vintage Tod's when the snow completely melts. am I an asshole?

It's alright to wear suede boots in summer if you don't live in a hot climate;

otherwise it's better to stick to those Sienna Miller-ish cowboy boots.
