More wearable than the previous collection - though the styling gives most of HA charm and it's all about layers and patterns - which is quite extravagant by default.

when you take colour away from haider ackermann it really does look impressive and restrained. the fit of the pants still doesn't look but much better than last season. the pants with the crossover crotch pleat look really nice

It's kind of what I would expect from Haider. Or massive hakama. I don't know how successful I think it is. It's almost as if he's trying to do something too staid compared to his womenswear, for his type of technical work and design vocabulary to flourish. It's like he really wants to dress them up as samurai but feels a little guilty about it.
