American Rag on La Brea is nice. Then just up the street (no need to move the car) are Stussy, Undefeated, and a bunch of other stuff. Someone else is bound to post some spots to check out, but basically everything of interest to the superduper shopper is close to there, Fred Segal, Energie, etc are just north a bit on La Brea (then left @ Melrose).
