what size shoe do you wear and how tightly do the alessandro's fit?

I'm usually a size 8 US, 40-41 euro. The AdA's would fit a 9 (a little loose), or 10 (perfect). I did wear them for a little, but the only thing I could tell you is that I have narrow feet, and these were OK for that. Otherwise, my experience was not that relevant.
