This shoe used to come out in a synthetic material as recently as 2000 or so and now its all suede or leather which i dont feel gives the same finish / durability.

wearing some fuzzy suede 574's with camo bdu shorts isn't doin it. the material kind of damns the shoe to strictly casual./ fashion status.

I used to swear by navy 574s especially in the summer and im wondering if anybody knows whats up.

too bad you can't actually get the higher numbered series in dope colorways in the states

i bought 2 pairs of 1300's when i found out they were being discontinued in 2004. I have one pair now that i wear..I would probably look into getting a pair of the 1300J that they made for Japan a few years ago. def my favorite shoe.
