cannondale badboy

Hi i am thinking of buying a cannondale badboy and wondered if anyone on sf has had any experience with one,good/bad/indifferent?Also is there another bike of similar ilk that you could recommend?Thanks.

I used to work in a shop that sold Cannondales, we sold hundreds of Badboys in their various incarnations and although they're well made bikes they hardly represent good value for money (Try not to be swayed by asthetics)

The oversized aluminium tubing is not the most comfortable choice of frame material, if you can find something suitable made from steel then you'll find it both easier to repair and more forgiving.
