what can you say about these jeans, authentic or fakes? bought these in a shopping mall in the metro for a cheap price. and what do the "no.2's" mean? i'm prety clueless on raw denim jeans. your inputs please. thanks!

-denim's not selvedge

-stains my hand when im touching them

-has a crotch rivet

screen printed backpockets

They are most likely fake. All No2 denim should be selvage. The number on the patch reflects the quality of the denim. No1 is non-sanforized denim, No2 is sanforized. There is also No3 denim which is non-selvage and No0 which are supposed to be of higher quality than No1 and No2.

They are most likely fake. All No2 denim should be selvage. The number on the patch reflects the quality of the denim. No1 is non-sanforized denim, No2 is sanforized. There is also No3 denim which is non-selvage and No0 which are supposed to be of higher quality than No1 and No2.

thanks for the reply :D i was expecting that these are fakes. for the price of 700PHP($12) they're way too cheap for original evisu's.

i have to agree about the pockets. they're definitely ugly.. im planning to get them changed by a tailor near us. is it possible? thanks!

Go ahead and change those pockets. I'm sure a tailor can do it. Think of something fun to do with it.

I'd take the leather patch off too. Before you soak.

bought them in GH. raw denim here in the philippines are still unheard of. i really had to check every store there to get these fakes... but for the price, im taking it... LOL

just got the pockets changed... they're still pretty ugly-looking but a bit better than before... i'm planning to have some experiments on them... any suggestions? i'm gonna leave the crotch rivet in them though. i think they're cool. :D

really???you got them in GH!!...nice thing i have a filipno friend here..i also like raw denim but i dont wear fakes..mostly levi's and an apc coming soon...i'll pm you
