How does Maharishi/MHI fit?

Not the M65's.. I'm talking about their tee's. I know their M65's fit really big. I had a size S and it fitted like an L. Are their tee's the same?

I have a couple of Maharishi tees and they fit pretty standard, I'd guess MHI is the same. I wear M in stussy, AA etc.

I have no experience with MHI fit, but the maharishi tees I have had have all run slightly large in my opinion. I generally wear a medium, and a medium in Maharishi are some of the looser tees I own. Granted, most of Hardy Blechman's stuff is meant to fit more loosely (as evidenced by the snowpants), and mediums do fit me across the shoulders, but are looser in the body than a lot of the high end designers out there. If I want a more fitted maharishi shirt, I generally go with a small. I think it depends on how you like your t-shirts; if you are more accustomed to wearing baggier, urban style t-shirts, then a true size in maharishi should be just what you're looking for. MHI fits kind of big. I usually buy mediums and their mediums are pretty big, felt like a large. I had to return it for a small.

From my experience, MHI is fairly narrow in the shoulders and wide in the body. The body seems wide in relation to the shoulders, almost like the opposite of tapered. I think it's supposed to fit fairly relaxed though. The model on dpmhi.com seems to be wearing the clothes as they were intended to fit. Also, other than M65 coats, the length of the knit sweaters, t-shirts and coats with waistbands seem to be short and boxy. I'm 6 ft, 165 (square shoulders, small waist) and I don't fit into the clothes very well unless I'm going for a baggier silhouette. I own 2 M65's by them though, both size medium..

true, the M's fit me fine but the hem is a bit loose, took it in at the sides a couple of cm's.

i find that their small tees fit like AA med-larges

ARGH!

I ordered a size M because they didn't have an S. Worst comes to worst, I'll get it altered because the shirt is *SWEET* and I got a nice deal.
