I will happily buy high/riding boots, suitable for winter.

These should fit around 41.

A bit lower will also be okay, but not below ankle.

Non-reversed leather would be best, as they will have to face a lot of snow and water.

Cordovan leather preferably, but other types such as cow or calf are okay.
