Paul Smith shirt fitting

cord

Recommended Posts

so i'm thinking about buying one of his shirts on ebay, but i cant decide whether or not to get a 16 or a 16 1/2 ( neck sizes are the only measurement given) . does anyone know bout his dress shirt fitting? any idea if the chest measurement is constant from a 16 to a 16 1/2 neck size? i've personally never dealt with neck sizes before , just letter sizes. i would like a fitted look , cuz the shirt , if its baggy, might look like a pajama, but im worried if i get the lower bracket of L ( 16) the chest might be a lot smaller too , in which case it would be too tight

let me know if you guys have ANY experience with his fitting. thanks

I feel mainline shirts are cut on the average/larger side for something made in Europe. PS Paul Smith are indeed cut slim and small though. Same could be said for the rest of his line for USA/European markets. I'm an S in everything mainline and M in PS, shirting size 15.5/31-2"ish.

i guess i should get the 16 1/2 then ... i can always get it tailored if need be.

i just dont want that shit to be baggy on me, though im not skinny .. im just under the highest bracket for normal weight vis a vis my bmi :D

thanks guys
