Beams+ cardigan from f/w 2011. Large (but japanese sized, so corresponds to American/Euro Medium). new without tags. had to proxy from japan, paid over $500. asking 175 shipped. PM for questions.

Fit: best for a true medium. I'm a medium in geller, apc, gitman, engineered garments, etc and this fits perfectly.

Measurements:

p2p: 21.5 inches

sleeve: 24

front length: 25

shoulder: 18

i wear a medium in supreme outerwear (hoodies etc.), how would this fit?

I wear a medium in supreme and almost everything else. Fit should be good. Although, i will say that I like my chunky knits to be a little roomy for layering and not super slim. Some people like that super slim fit. If that's you, then this probably won't work. But if you're a true medium like to wear your knits to layer, this will be fine.

too bad its not actually a size medium. all my BEAMS+ fit true, so be clear... this is a LARGE.

This is generally true for most of the items that Beams+ makes (i have pants and a few other shirts that fit true to size). However, when buying this piece I was specifically told that the cardigans run very small, and to size up for traditional 48/medium fit. I haven't tried the actual beams+ medium cardigan, but I'm a true medium and the large fits perfectly (i'm 5'10, 160-165).
