Keyring, belt loop in thick smooth leather (silver dior stamp), metal spring clasp again can be attached onto something ... chain, belt loop etc with 'CD' engraved into it.

Engraved details also on the silver tube that says 'follow me' can be opened up to store ... i guess coke ?

Not sure what the intentions were to hold in it but thats really what come to mind

I guess some small bills also.

These were only done for ss04 on a few piece like bags and these accessories very rare.
