i'll be in the rotten apple from sept 18 - 23rd and i'm looking for all the cool cultural things to do at this time. i know all the shopping like the back of my hand so what i'm looking for now is things that are only happening on certain days. thinking about:

museum/gallery events

etc.

Its sparce now but I'm sure they'll have more up when time gets closer but FreeNYC.net is def. it for open bars, nightlife, art, etc. etc. etc. Plus, its all free so you can blow the rest of your money on $5 beers.
