This thread is a matter of opinion..not about what is generally accepted as the best rock albums ever.....and if you think that your list is delving a little deeper then you're some kind of moron

Hahaha...its certainly more diverse then the "music" you posted.

*edit* Fuck it. It's not worth the time.

i wouldnt consider lucinda williams "rock"

Yeah, its the only one i debated listing, but its certainly the most "rocking" of her albums.

Id be more then willing to call out a few more people on their shitty taste. Just try me.

Whats wrong with Tool?...just because a band is well known and mass marketed doesnt void their contribution to "rock"...and as for my list, I just posted most of the albums that take me back to my teenage years..and the ones that fall into that category are usually what I consider to be my favourites.

oh and dont try to come off as a stuffy, eltitist rock-snob...its not like youve made any contribution to the history of rock...and trust me, youre no more in-the-know than anybody else here...its the fucking internet...we can hear everything...so eat a dick pipe down

Whats wrong with tool? Wait...it doesnt make your ears bleed?

As far as posting albums that "take you back", it's the same thing i did.

And where did i come off as an elitst (a term which gets thrown around far to frequently) :). It's not elitst to listen to better music then you do. You can talk about opinions all day long...

ha!..you might listen to the music, but you dont hear it...youre too busy giving it a grade.....and fuck me if I'm wrong but, didnt i see The Traveling Wilbury's on your list??..you might aswell put Velvet Revolver or some other super-ultra-mega group up there too....actually...no...I like the Wilburys..they did good things...i take that back....and I actually like your list too...I just went with what I liked as a teenager...if i was to post a list of albums I favour now it would've been different..

"...are you reelin in the yeeeeeeeeeeears?....storin away the tiiiiiiiiiiiiime?" lol
