To start things of I want show what a purchased a couple of days ago at a sale in Woodwood (CPH, DK). Maybe it's because im new in "the denim world" but I haven't seen Maharishi denims before, have you? So here they are:

NIce. The one thing you can count on with Maharishi is their attention to detail.

I'm a huge maharishi fan, but to be honest I've never really dug their denim - just seemed a bit too far removed from their core products I guess. On the other hand, I've always got room for another pair of snopants - I think I'm up to 12 or 13 at the moment...

yeah i'd agree...the snopants are like crack...I have five pair, my favorite being the gore-tex cashmere fabric with dragon embroidery...

as to the denim, I like the pair you snagged. I had a pair with a dragon up the back of both legs but got tired of it. I guess when it comes to jeans I'm more conventional...

I love maharishi stuff, but im not to sure about the denim... wish it was a bit more outlandish with the stitching or @least the color choices for the embroidery on the back pockets..... nice jeans though...

I know they used to do things like that in the past - I remember a friend bought a pair back in the mid-90s that had the 3M reflective fabric sown down the length of the outseam, so if you turned them up instead of seeing a selvedge strip you got the Maharishi reflective strip instead.
