The cardigan is an oversize fit by design. The shoulders are wide and are supposed to fall on ones upper arms, and thats why you see shoulder (seam to seam) is 22'' / 56cm while sleeve length (shoulder seam to cuff) is a lit short at 23.2'' / 59cm.
