Internships (or whatever)

I am a rising college junior at a small private school in Ohio. The streetwear scene has become a major interest of mine, and despite my adverse location, blogs like hypebeast and slam x hype and boards like super and style forum do a pretty good job of keepin me up. Eitherway, im still just a netboy, pretty much posin. Just wonderin if anyone knows of any kinds of internships, prolly not that official though, or any recomendations/contacts that could get me closer to the industry/scene. Just keep up on what brands need interns. Most of them post it in their news and such when they do.

you basically have to live with these dudes, have grown up with them, and share the same interests with them.

i live here in los angeles where most of this stuff is based out of, and yeah, i don't find any particular interest to join the industry/scene myself but i respect it tremendously.

i know of people that are down with the hundreds, friends of friends, you could say.

i find no particular interest to join any of that or get in on it, as far as union, undftd, or the hundreds.

supreme is on some ultra shit, and they are the chillest and most straight up honest people running.

internships? hmm maybe in a year when this stuff has really blown up beyond its own control. as of now, you gotta be in the know and either be life long friends, or kiss some serious ass.
