The selvege never shows per se, but Jack Nicholson is wearing Lee Riders (look like 101Z) pretty much throughout the whole of 'Five Easy Pieces' (his only decent film IMHO...)

I also tried to find screen caps from Swamp Women (alternatively Swamp Diamonds or Cruel Swamp) from the 50's, but none of them were any good. All the women were wearing cut-off selvedge shorts and cone bras--sexy.
