Do you guys know where to buy Repetto shoes, Paris/London/Berlin or online? Suggestions on similar shoes which isn't Repetto are more than welcome!

If you Google around, looking for Jazz shoes, you can probably find others; Capezio and Repetto are probably the most reputable brands, though.

Dior Homme did a repetto shoe made of white calf skin for S/S 06. There is a Dior Homme store at all those locations you mentioned, too.
