Help! Levi's ID!

I just got back from the levis factory store and picked up two pair of selvedge 501s. Theres no markings anywhere on the pants inside or out, with the red flag ®. Redline Selvedge. Two tone stitching and no hidden rivets.. The Tag reads

DEPT/CL: 2011

SUB: 7

SEASON: 494

MFG: 002

STYLE: 1999

CODE: 99

Employee said they only recieved two pair in a sample box both were marked irregular because of the 38" lenth. And they come with a sticker under the back pocket that read "Wise up: these jeans want special treatment. Size UP: They shrink 2x2 when washed. Rise Up: watch where you sit..." and so forth...

they look like LVC rejects possibly - Hard to say - but if you bought at a levis outlet and all the tags are gone it looks like a pretty good bet

Well, there's always Levi's stuff coming out we don't get to hear about but...

a) these are open selvage - ie what some people call fake selvage, made on projectile looms and

the arcuate is an old style that Levi's don't use any more - all the current jeans have a deeper, more vintage-style shape.

So are Levi's producing fake counterfeit? Is this a bona fide Levi's factory outlet or just somewhere that has a bit of Levi's signage???
