Where can I find a Charcoal/Black mid-length Parka with side-vent pockets, & zipper?

Does anyone know where I can find a charcoal/black or gray mid-length parka with side vent pockets and zips up? I do not want the cargo pockets or button up. I don't mind cotton or wool, but definitely not nylon/polyester. I would like it to look somewhat similar to this: http://www.farfetch.com/shopping/men/newin/item10059149.aspx

If no one knows of anywhere I can find this, how much would it cost approximately to have one custom-made?
