How big was the leg opening originally, definitely into those APCs if they fit my legs. If I wear a 32 with a belt could I fit into these?

I'm 5' 9". The Cures used to have a leg opening of 7.5", but now the leg opening is 7". I guess I'm selling these cuz I wanted to break in a new pair of jeans and I need the $. I've decided to just let the auctions end on their own.
