Can you guys help me out with the Puma x Evisu's?

I searched and couldn't come up with any conclusive evidence. I have 3 questions:

1) With regards to the men's line, how many washes/cuts were released?

2) I wear a 32 in dry selvage RR Nudies.. after stretching, they fit almost perfect. What size would I need in the Puma/Evisu's?

3) What was retail? $160? Are they sold out? Thanks!
