Spring court sizing

Im thinking of getting a pair of spring courts and the sizing listed on the site is in Euro sizing (ie 42, 43 etc)

How should I size? I typically wear 7US in Converse, particularly Jack Purcell, 8US in Vans Era/Authentic., 7M-US in Clarks DB and 7M-US in sebago docksides.

Ive also tried a size 40 in Common Porjects which were too big. Any tips?

I often get confused on what is meant to be a size 7US when I look at sizing charts, is it 39 or 40?

I mean some sources will say a 39 is 6 or 6.5 US whereas some will say the 39 is a 7US

What is it with Spring Courts?
