These fit pretty slim, so if you're usually a 28, they'll work probably for you too.

Waist: 15.5"

Thigh (at crotch): 10"

Length: Never hemmed, so standard Dior 38''

Leg opening: 7"

Rise (back): 12"

Rise (front): 10"

Just so everyone knows though, these aren't really "sheer", or that "super slender." That's just what Dior was calling them because they're a lighter denim with stretch. They fit pretty much like your standard Dior 17.5.
