FS / FT: Number (Nine) 3 x 30 Black / Grey Jeans

Just got these but don't fit quite how I'd like them to which is too bad because they're pretty nice (like most number(nine) jeans). I'd really like to trade for a smaller pair ideally but if you're interested please feel free to make offers (for superfuture rules sake say $100 or so).

The front / back images show the color the best probably although they're just slightly on the dark side perhaps (they seem to have an oily / dirty appearance to them that is not apparent on the real things which are more of a washed-out black / grey)

do they fit tight or straight legs?

I believe that these are the 'straight leg' model. I'm sure you could tailor the legs if you wanted them to fit skinnier but they're relatively slim as it is (and the $20 to have them tailored means they're still well cheaper than trying to find and buy a new pair of the tighter fit ones in this wash!)

Waist measures pretty much 16" inseam is, not too surprisingly, about 30" for those who were asking. If you have other measurements requests please let me know!
