  3. Thanks @Broark for sharing that video, enjoyed that! Hard to not give in and also get the ‘42 tux. Then again I already have the ‘46-‘47 tux so it would be difficult to explain to myself that I need both. But, I saw Speedway has options open to pre-order the ‘51 jeans and jacket 😬 I might go for that. I have the ‘51 jeans but it’s a little big on me since I lost some weight. Love the cut though. Any experiences with boil washing jeans on 90 degrees celcius?
  4. WTT: New P24A-KI XS For: P59-E XS
  5. ^ Where'd you pick these up?
  6. It’s just a re stock of the 601rb and not the 601b I believe
  7. Yesterday
  8. The 601 RB jeans yes. That’s all I’m sure about, but I think it’s the whole thing. The 507b - to be honest I’m not sure if it’s old stock but I don’t think so, all I know is I found one. I haven’t seen a new 507RB, but I haven’t gone looking either. I don’t pay a whole lot of attention to what’s being released, it’s more like I go looking for something specific and see if/when it will be around.
  9. Haven’t been keeping up—are they doing another round w/ the Motor Psyclone black denims?
  10. I passed on the 42’s but have a black tux coming my way at some point (well, a 507b jacket and 601rb pants, so…almost). Really my discipline has absolutely gone out the window the last two years.
  11. Agreed, the toys weren’t really my thing but I can appreciate the thought and care that went into developing them. @MJF9 same situation as Doc, mine should be here soon-ish. I did receive the jacket, I plan on taking some photos of it this weekend (along with a bunch of other things). Been a bit hectic lately since I recently started my new job.
  12. @yung_flynn and all, Thanks for replies. I also checked with Warehouse they says the lot will be produced but date is not yet released.
  13. I just ordered a loopwheel t from them just to see how they are. Worth it given the price Customer service was cool, checking in to check on sizing.

    Warehouse

@dada mafiosiVarious versions of the 1001xx pop up secondhand occasionally too in minimally worn condition and for reasonable prices if you’re lucky or patient enough to find your size. That’s how I found my pair
  15. Mine are having some 'alterations' but will be ready soon hopefully. Sssh tho, Mrs thinks l'm only buying jeans 🫣
  16. @SLAYER What does the metal hardware look like after all of this? Hydrogen peroxide is a wicked oxidizer so I’d imagine that the metal rivets and buttons would change, especially depending on final acid/base equilibrium or stoichiometry.
  17. Meanwhile, the one thing I have from Bronson that hasn’t fallen apart has been a really huge success Wore this most days for probably around 2–3 years from ~2016 onwards, and even now it still sees a few days of sunlight each month Great denim, great execution. Overall I probably prefer the Union Special version, but not by a large margin
  18. Introducing the Self Edge Culture Reference Series. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ In the first of an ongoing series we have a capsule collection produced in collaboration with a band named Information Society. We have four short and long sleeve t-shirts, hats, stickers, and a long form editorial with interviews with the band and their manager. Click here to read about why we’d do a capsule collection with a band who formed 40 years ago: https://www.selfedge.com/index.php?route=selfedge/editorial/readEditorial&editorial_id=879
  19. Anyone had their 1942s come through the post yet? Calling @Broark @Dr_Heech
  20. Measurements are very similar for the 42 and 44 above Chest 55 compared to 54 cm / Shoulders c.50cm on both 42 19.7in = 50cm 42.9 = 54.5 44 20.5 = 52.7 44.9 = 57 As mentioned, the material is stretchy so the measurements could be more variable. The 44 is a touch bigger when worn, no shit Sherlock you say!! I've had lots of Bronson t-shirts before and found them good value for money overall. I'll report back post-wash with these though @indigoeagle yep it's their 1940s USN t-shirt. Interesting button holes you point out... Bronson do not have them... what were they used for back in the day? And the laces? @Mods - we're now deep in discussion of non Japanese garms on a Japanese garms thread 😉
  21. I’ve had two tops from them, and was very pleasantly surprised by how well they fit considering how classically “western” my body type is, but both had visible construction flaws (not a huge deal for me) and ended up failing prematurely at points of stress (a much bigger deal), so they’re a pass from me at this point.
  22. I appreciate the passion but the toy angle just…it’s not for me. Especially with a big logo on it! Nice to get a sense of who’s doing what though.
  23. Yeah totally do ship internationally it looks like, just on the checkout portal thing United Kingdom / Great Britain / England / however else we're described was missing, but I may be being silly...
  24. I’m pretty sure Signet ship internationally - they’re pretty active on here and seem very helpful. Send ‘em a PM or a DM as the younger folk like to say!
  25. I thought they shipped internationally but @Signet chime in?
