  2. Xpac version has been my daily for 12 years - probably the best and most functional bag acronym every produced. Such a shame they never re-released.
  3. Ahh it's such a great fit.
  4. Speaking of wide. TCB 50 Baggy is back online for pre orders 👀 If I hadn't picked up some fullcounts 0105 recently I would have been tempted. They are even wider than the FCs judging by measurements
  5. Anyone pick up the J47A-E recently and wants to move it on? Need an XL
  6. Viberg 145 plain toe Oxfords - resoled with 2021 Vibram wedge sole, same as the original These are from around 2013-14 from The Bureau, Belfast... so the sole lasted 10 years+ Resole courtesy of the Shoehealer in Doncaster - they give them a good brush and spruce up as well... happy with the work... now need to road test 'em Before and After
  7. They look to have a wider hem than Nashvilles. I used to wear Waynesvilles (which were looser/wider) and they had a 9” hem on a size 31 (which in reality was a size 32). I think the TCB have wider hems than that.
  8. This here is a hell of deal! If you are tiny... https://www.fromjapan.co.jp/japan/en/auction/yahoo/input/n1199288124/
  9. No, I have a belt on but could probably wear them without one. I just think I'm so used to slimmer cuts. The last pair I wore that were this roomy and with this wide a hem were probably some Edwin Nashvilles 15ish years ago. The more I wear them, the more 'normal' they feel.
  10. Those look great, they sound comfortable too. Embrace it
  11. Last week
  12. ^ They don’t look at all enormous on you. Are you having to cinch the waist like crazy?
  13. CSL

    Belts

Whoa! Is that buckle available in brass now?
  14. Thanks mate might have to check the interwebz for this one. Love it and reminds me of my childhood
  15. Lorcan

    Belts

My Codina belts. Rite Stuff collab one at the top is just over a year old and the other two are still new. Top one is his repro buckle and hand stamped with vintage stamp, bottom two are NOS vintage hardware and roller embossing (with vintage embossing wheels).
  16. You have Junya Watanabe to thank for the original idea!
  17. Ordered some TCB 50s. I have gone from... 1. They're enormous. I hate them. 2. Hmm. Maybe i'll keep them and just wear them around the house. 3. Actually, they're pretty comfy. I'll wear them to the pub at the end of the street, but that's it. 4. I think I like them.
  18. Not sure.. it's been in the cupboard for maybe 8yrs, it belongs to either my wife or kid, albeit both Pokemon nerds, i assume it would have been bought for one of them as a xmas prez.. It looks great but the last bit of coffee runs down your face because the shape is all about aestetics with zero consideration for function
  19. @JDelage yes. Used for work as a plumbing apprentice. This is maybe 8-9 months of everyday wear and one wash
  20. @Double 0 Soul where'd you get that mug?
  21. I'm meeting some friends from t'other side o'pennines in a few weeks at Fairholmes carpark.. so i've just done a recce to see what time i need to set off.. made some coffee, the caffeine gets me up the hills. 20mins later i'm at Greenhouse Lane.. then i rode up to Burbage Burbage ..still eating the apples Rode through Burbage.. past Surprise View, through Hathersage, heading to Hope, then took a right into Bamford Ladybower.. the water level is usually up to the overflow ..around Ladybower and around Derwent Water Got to Fairholmes 1hr 40min later Dam wall Beneath the water lies the remains of Derwent Village.. It used to be a river crossing from Sheffield to Manchester but back in the 1940s, folks said goodbye to their homes and the valley was flooded to create Derwent dam.. i've never seen the water level so low.. i'm actually stood in someones house that was flooded 80+ years ago What look like the gate posts from the above photo ..a house roof poking out of the water On the way back to Ladybower, it started to rain.. so rather than ride back through Bamford.. i took the more direct but bleak af Strines route, head down, into the rain... .. and got back into our neighbourhood 1hr 2min later ..i'd got a txt saying my tennis rackets were ready to collect so i headed down to Sharrowvale Road. For those who're interested (who the fuck am i kidding?) i've gone for Black Luxilon Alu Power 125.. (aluminium core with poly outer).. one stung at 54lbs for more accuracy and one strung at 52lbs for more power.. Sexy af! ..i never drank the coffee so i polished it off while i cleaned my bike The End..
