Clarks Desert Boot - Fit

Do these run big at all? I wear an 11 in Nike/Visvim and most other brands, do I need to size down?

yeah, go down a half size.

desert boots, especially the leather ones, tend to stretch. goin half a size down might be ok, but ask them to measure your foot and recommend a size just to be safe.

I don't know how wallabees compare to desert boots, but in wallabees, I had to get size 8.5, In nike, I can wear 9.5/10. In converse/vans I wear size 9. If that helps at all...

in any case, I've worn the desert boots with skinny jeans and they look pretty good, just as long as they aren't so tapered that they sit totally above the boot.

Could someone who owns both Desert Boots and Wallabees tell me the size they take in each?

I bought Desert Boots in the same size as my Wallabees, but they are too small. I'm wondering if I need to go up one or two whole sizes.

Do you wear the same size in sneakers as wallabees? In my cons I wear a 12 and for my desert boots I ordered a 12 but they are too big, so an 11.5 would have been perfect.

If in case you wear the same size in sneakers as in wallabees but your clarks are too small than I dont know what to say, sounds bizarre.

My sneaker size is 10-11 depending on brand/model. I wear a 9/9.5 in Wallabees, so I ordered a 9 in the Desert Boots, but the were absurdly small.

Your best bet would be to go up a size. If they end up being a bit too big (like mine) you will get used to it, and if you wear thick wool socks than its hardly even noticeable.

I ordered mine online which was stupid because it turns out there is a Clarks store 15 minutes from me. If you order again though I recommend Village Shoes, they were $10 less from what I saw elsewhere and they came to me within 24 hours, normal shipping method. here man i took these last night you can get a good idea of how they'd fit with skinny jeans. The jeans are a size 30 APC Cure, I am a size 11 all across the board, ordered these J Crew Macalisters in size 10, they look exactly like Clarks.

I'd say the Mcallisters are actually a little sleeker than Clarks, but Clarks still work in my opinion though.

Agreed. The Macallisters are nice, but you can get the Clarks for 1/3 the price.

yeah Im a 10.5 normally and bought a 10.5 in Clarks and theyve stretched out a lot. I trip over my own toe sometimes.

Just got some suede J.Crew Macallisters in a size 9 today, and they are pretty dope.

The shape is a lot better than the Clarks Desert Boots. They have a lower profile.
