Helmut Lang Raw - do the stretch??

Forgive me if this has been covered here before - I couldn't seem to find anything using the search function.

Just got a pair of Helmut Lang raw straight and sized down one. They're very tight right at the outset but I could easily seem them fitting extremely well if they stretch a little bit. My question is whether these in fact do stretch with a little wear or if it's pretty much what you see is what you get.

Beautiful jeans, by the way. If these don't work I'm definitely sizing up.
