^ haha, the jacket is like a carapace. I can hang a heavy bag off my shoulder and the jacket takes the weight. I'm sure it will loosen up in a year or two.

Hmm, the Warhol Levi's I saw at the Levi's store here in Santa Monica were black with cool silver details on them (crosses I think); but at $275, it wasn't worth it........did anyone else see those?

^ the SF store has (or had) those, too, they are the 501 cut I am pretty sure.

Last time I was in a lot of sizes were sold out and they had cut the price to about $219 I think. Still pretty pricey for what they are but anyway.

I bought the white ones with the silver crosses on the back, at barneys, but then returned them. The denim was a great color but too soft for me, the back pocket was silly after a day of looking at them, the back pocket had weird padding on the acurates that would have to be removed. The coolest park was the weird mis matched riovets. Would have ben better raw. White jeans are just impossible to find.

yea they dropped the price a bit on the levis online store. anyone else have more pictures of the strummer style being worn? can the fit and feel (softness) of them be compared to levis 514 slim straight?
