Saved measurements I had on my editor:

armpit to armpit: 46,5 cm

shoulder to shoulder : 41 cm

armpit to end of sleeve: 51 cm or 54 cm uncuffed

sleeve opening: 13,5 cm

This fits slimmer than the usual dior size 46 sold in stores especially in the sleeves. My perfect size would be 45 I guess, but that does not exist. Prototypes fit that size well.

I have the jacket at my second flat in Vienna. Will be there on monday. If you are seriously interested I can take the additional measurements by then.
