Shoulders(straight across the back): 16.5 in

Length (back, straight down): 28.5 in

This is a dress shirt, and it is meant to be tucked in. I'm more of a 34, and I think the size 0 is more of a 36 (despite what the size chart says) and it fits pretty well for a dress shirt. Would work well for either size. Slightly roomy, but in a comfortable maneuverable manner and looks great underneath a jacket. Love the spread collar, the neck size is just too big and the sleeve length too small. Would work well on a shorter person.
