Puma X Evisu?

So when I heard about this I thought "cheesy" but then I stopped in the puma store next to my work today and I liked the fit, color and gulls a lot. The only concern is the quality. Does anybody have any info on these jeans? They don't say where they're made but I'm guessing Europe cause they were only 160. The seafoam gulls are fire.
