B.Son Side Button Mock Pullover Size Small (Heather / Black) - $95 shipped

This is the original side button mock pullover from their 2007 production. It's been worn maybe 3 times. It's mostly been sitting in my closet (smoke-free, pet-free). No smells/stains/rips or anything like that. I'd say it's in 9.5/10 condition (you'd think it was new upon seeing it). Never been washed. Fits long and slim. I'm normally a small and it fits me well. Hard to find these in small anymore, much less with the black cuff fabric (the newer ones were either blue or white)

ROB Black M65 Size Medium (Black) - $80 shipped

Like most Japanese brands, this size medium fits like a size small. Fits very slim (obviously inspired by Dior). It is brand new, and has never been worn. No flaws. It's not lined, but the cotton is heavy and has a bit of a sheen to it, like Hare's M65. The hardware is all black and blends in well with the jacket. It has drawstrings in the middle and bottom, but you can remove these so they won't create a bunched up look.

No size labeled, but fits like a small. Purchased from Chris, who got it from Thailand. Worn once, never washed. No smells/stains/rips/flaws/etc. Nice lightweight material. Great for summer. Very very slim, elastic banding on sleeves and end. Raglan sleeves. Nice wine red/black piping details. Has pockets. (first picture courtesy of Chris, texture shot is mine. Better color representation on the first pic) Excellent condition. Washed only once with woolite on gentle cycle.

Rxmance Accidental Art T-Shirt Size Small (Brown) - $20 shipped

Really soft and light cotton piece from rxmance (American Apparel's jersey does not even compare). Slim fit with a great cut (rxmance does cut-and-sew). Worn once, washed once in cold water with woolite on gentle cycle. No flaws with this. Pretty much in new condition.

Alternative Apparel Perfect Crew Size Small (Black, Blue Slate, Moss, Dirt, Concrete)

Alternative Apparel's 100% pima cotton tee. Fits slim and feels great. These shirts have been worn probably at most 3 times (some haven't been worn at all). I bought these awhile ago but prefer American Apparel and thus haven't worn them much. These are cheap and most are in like new condition (you'd probably never know they weren't new. Still plently of life left in them. I doubt that the color has faded. I always wash on gentle with cold water and woolite). These retail for $35...if these don't sell at this price, they're going to goodwill!
