Paris loft to share. Cheap. Now.

I'm not sure this is the right place to post this...

Does anyone here want to share an artists' studio in Paris 15th with me (27 y-o French Australian musician artist something)?

It's cheap, under €500 per month (all electricity etc. included), but it hasn't got shining floors and designer staircase railings, it's more of a real concrete studio. I've been wanting to do some interior architecture but the lack of funds has always stopped me. Anyway it's well heated and there's everything you need, dishwasher, high speed wifi etc., and I need someone for early December in theory. I have lots of applicants already but maybe by posting here I can get someone a bit more elite? =]

About interior design, I'm thinking loungey warm-beigish carpet and leather couches... It's gonna cost money though.
