fos5 has a few new pairs of jeans on their site but while I was looking at them, I noticed that they listed their Slim Jims as Dry Blue and Dry Greycast but the Nudie website only has Dry and Dry Black as listed colors that are raw. Is there something I don't know about?

Probably Nudie just hasn't updated their site yet. You can probably get more info on mynudies.com.

matt at fos5 told me that the dry blue is a less stiff jean, because they are made out of different denim. He said the sj dry blue has a deeper blue in the beginning.

the dry denim that they use for Dry Jims, Olas and Glenns, along with the stretch dry denim they use for Kims and Finns, is very soft and does not feel stiff in the same way that APCs use. The dry greycast denim is stiff, breaks easily and fades much quicker than the other Nudie denim.
