Hate to let these go, but they don't fit me well enough for regular wear. For reference, I am a 43/US 10 in most shoes and boots.

CCP size 10 side-zip boots, rubber sole. These would probably fit a 44/45, US 11-12. Worn about a dozen times with insoles; there is some wear of the heel, but a competent cobbler could easily put a vibram heel on.

US $750 includes shipping and tracking within the continental US; other rates vary, but should be about an additional $20 for priority shipping with tracking.
