Kosmetique Label A/W 08-09 epaulette / tie button-up shirt, new w/ tag

White textured button-up shirt from A/W 08-09 season. Still brand new w/ original tags still attached. Extremely flattering cut. Up-close, the detailing of the shirt is very impressive. The shoulders and back yoke are made of a fine marcella-style textured cotton, that is shared on the concealed double-plaquet and cuff-extensions as well. There are two epaulettes on each shoulder, though in a much more refined sense than normal epaulettes. There is an attached tie that allows the shirt to be worn in various ways. You can wrap it around like a scarf (in my opinion, this works best) or tie it loosely. The textured inner collar stands outside the mandarin collar when buttoned-up. KosmetiqueLabel is quite hard to come by, especially the latter seasons. This shirt sold out in Japan at about 70,000 yen, and KosmetiqueLabel's only N.American stockist sold out the more basic version at over $700 as well.

Made in France, perfect condition.

Brand new w/ tag: $300.

Kosmetique Label patterned navy blue trousers

These trousers are made of very soft dark navy blue wool, with a very, very subtle pinstriped microherringbone pattern. They're also flecked with very subtle grey polka-dots. Very soft to the touch. There's a small satin band inside, but while it's unlined the material is super soft to the touch it feels very lightweight. 4 pockets on the outside, 2 normal silk-lined pockets, and 2 diagonally-cut jet pockets on the front. There's one pocket on the rear, diagonally slanted jet pocket on the right side, at a slight angle that's characteristic of kosmetique label's subversion on formalwear. Belt loops, hook-eye closure, and zippered fly all the standard stuff. Leg tapers to 19cm. Waist is about 31"

i think retail was about $450, it's from S/S07 or so i think. it's in excellent new condition, without tags but it just has the original label tag on it.
